Deborah Chatterton

Deborah is the Communications Director at Concentra Bank. Deborah has more than 20 years’ experience in strategic communications. A bilingual native of Montreal, she has worked in four Canadian cities and in Manchester, UK. Since obtaining a Bachelor of Public Relations (distinction), she’s worked as a freelance journalist, media spokesperson and in corporate communications. Her career has taken her from the Arctic to Africa and articles about Deborah’s travels in Uganda and Ghana were published in Canadian dailies, online blogs and the Huffington Post. Relying on her business acumen, integrity and experience, Deborah tells stories that matter.

Don Coulter

Don started his career in the financial services industry with B.C. credit unions. In 2018, Don was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer for Concentra Bank. Don provides a wealth of experience in both large and smaller scale financial institutions. He brings outstanding leadership ability, strong financial acumen and extensive expertise, particularly within the credit union system, a talent for bold and innovative thinking, superior strategic insight and an energetic, engaging style. Don served as CFO in 2009 and CEO in 2014 for Coast Capital Savings.

Sandra Hewitt

Sandra has over 15 years of international consulting experience helping clients to plan and implement successfully strategic change and talent development, such as ERP implementations, training and competencies, and performance management. Areas of experience include: change management, technology adoption, leadership team alignment, talent development and management training in various industries including financial services, mining, higher education, telecommunications, health care, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. As well as Public and Private sectors. She led Change Management teams in Canada, US, India and Latin America.

David Kerr

David Kerr is a Partner in Deloitte Canada’s Technology Consulting practice. He is an insurance industry and technology leader with 30+ years experience in emerging technology, industry solutions, business and market development, project delivery, strategic consulting, various forms of outsourcing, team building and leadership. He has previously held leadership roles at IBM and Accenture in Canada and abroad.He has completed projects for many leading global insurance companies and brings proven leadership experience in global, diverse and multicultural environments. David received a Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Applied Studies from the University of Waterloo in 1985.

Tom is an accomplished business strategy and marketing leader with global experience in Canada, USA and UK. A proud fact-based marketer, he champions combining analytics, insights and customer experience to differentiate and make an impact. Working with TD, CIBC, Manulife and now Concentra, Tom has deep expertise in financial services and marketing. He has focused on building brands that matter to customers, developing ongoing customer relationship management programs to build connections, creating significant Return on Investment for marketing and creating experiences that surprise and delight. Tom focuses on building a strong team, having fun, bringing passion to his work and getting results.

Joanna Agnello

Joanna is senior manager in the international tax practice in Toronto. She serves a wide variety of clients, including foreign based multinationals with Canadian business operations (with branch or subsidiary structures), and Canadian based multinationals with complex foreign affiliate structures. Joanna advises her clients consistently on various Canadian corporate tax matters, including, but not limited to, structuring Canadian businesses, efficient financing strategies and repatriation of profits. Joanna started with Deloitte as a co-op student in 2013. 

Sangeet
Sangeet Parashar

Sangeet has worked at Deloitte for 10 months as a Business Technology Analyst in the Cloud Engineering in Technology. Sangeet has worked in the insurance space, and is very interested in rapid prototyping and disruption in business, public sector and community initiatives. Sangeet graduated from University of Western Ontario with a Specialization in Computer Science and a minor in Psychology. While at Deloitte, Sangeet has attended 5 hackathons and help lead initiatives like coffee & code that intersect between business and technology.

Tyler
Tyler Pastuch

Tyler Pastuch began his career with Concentra Bank straight out of university, working as an Analyst in the Analytics department. Shortly after that he moved into Treasury, where he developed a keen interest in Asset Liability Management and Treasury management. Tyler is known to be analytical and a problem solver with a focus on providing critical information for management decision-making.

Tyler studied finance at the University of Regina, international finance in China, and has passed level 3 of the CFA exams. He remains an active participant on a number of athletic teams, including hockey and dodgeball.

Steven Comaniuk

Steven began his career with KPMG, working locally and internationally for clients in various industries. It was during this time that he developed a keen interest in financial services, after working on a project for one of the 10 largest banks in the world. Upon returning to Saskatchewan, he joined Concentra Bank, where he has been a key contributor. Steven is known to be an engaging leader and a problem solver with a focus on leading change initiatives. Steven studied finance and accounting at the University of Regina, international business in Germany, and is a chartered accountant. He remains an active participant on a number of athletic teams, and is a proud volunteer with youth athletic and academic programs.

Alan Booth

Alan Booth is a Partner in Deloitte Canada’s Partner Matters group playing an advisory role related to Learning and Leadership Development both for the firm itself and for its clients. Beginning in 2010, he led Learning programming for Deloitte’s Americas Region, leading the development and adoption of new generation offerings in response to the emergence of Deloitte University and pioneering expansion of major programmes which now form the global Deloitte curriculum. Alan was a member of the Deloitte University Partner Advisory Group advising on the development of the DU Westlake facility that opened in 2011 and was a founding partner on Deloitte’s Global DU Operating Committee, formed to govern the Deloitte University brand and experience across the network.

Amanda Petryschuk

Amanda Petryschuk is an Executive Assistant supporting Deloitte’s Risk Advisory partners, a role well-suited to her Driver/Guardian type where she can focus on implementing the fantastic ideas dreamed up by her colleagues. She moonlights as a certified Business Chemistry facilitator, giving her an outlet to explore her keen interest in human behaviour. In her spare time, Amanda applies that understanding to study and perform improv in the city.

Vitalii Dodonov

Vitalii is part of the Deloitte Omnia Data Science team. He spends most of his time working with data, including database organization, feature engineering, supervised and unsupervised modelling using the latest machine learning techniques, model testing and validation. Vitalii has recently completed a proof of concept project dedicated to predicting success rates of applications for US visas. His current project aims to predict companies that might be good candidates for Mergence and Acquisition transactions. In his free time, Vitalii researches the field of finance, focusing his efforts on predicting stock market performance and gains expertise in front-end (HTML, CSS, JS, Vue) and back-end software development (Python Flask, Python Django, Go).

Alexandra Angco

Ali Angco is a UX Designer who brings the voices of users to the table. While completing her HBSc. in Neurobiology at UofT, she fell in love with UX design. She swapped her lab coat for post-its and the pen tool and she hasn't looked back ever since. Today, she works at Akendi and has worked with companies such as Shell, Aviva, and Kijiji.

Sebastian Mendez

Sebastian Mendez currently works as a UX/UI designer at Athlon with a background in Mechatronics Engineering. Working to combine the technical and creative aspects of his career path, he loves to learn as many new skills as he can. In his spare time he is an avid rock climber, photographer and concert-goer with over 200 concerts attended.

Heather Walsh

Heather Walsh became a Certified General Accountant in 1999 and worked in the investment industry for twenty years in increasingly senior financial reporting, fund reporting and compliance positions.  One of the things Heather has enjoyed since retiring is volunteering for CPA Canada’s Financial Literacy program facilitating workshops for primary and secondary school students, new Canadians, adults and seniors.

She is an achievement and results-oriented June 2018 graduate with High Distinction, interested in opportunities that will support the development and implementation of an organization's Human Capital policies, initiatives, and processes.

Her educational background is quite diverse and reflects her interest in people, socio-cultural practices/customs, historical influences and how they intersect with business/organizations/society in general.

Ariane is a student recruiter at Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario).

Through teaching, recruitment and career development experiences, she has found a sense of fulfillment that drives her to become a relationship-building expert.

She is experienced at facilitating high school workshops that teach students about the CPA designation and its potential career paths while building strong relationships with students, teachers, guidance counsellors, and external partners.

Kathy joined Deloitte in 2018 after 20 years at IBM in Global Business Services in many different roles, both internal and client facing. She works with clients on large and small scale transformations, and is excited by the endless opportunities to enhance process, teams, or change a landscape for our clients. Kathy is passionate about mentoring others, and giving back to our community by championing many events that embrace inclusion and technology.
