As a Community Leader, it has become clear that networking is not just about exchanging business cards but is a powerful tool for personal and professional growth. Through this work-integrated learning experience, I've learned that effective networking helps to build meaningful relationships, expand knowledge, and open doors to new opportunities. It has also shown me how networking can enhance communication skills, boost confidence, and provide access to diverse perspectives and resources invaluable for ongoing development.

One of the key lessons I learned is the importance of authenticity in networking. Through this learning and leadership experience, I learned that networking isn’t just about expanding your contact list; it’s about building relationships that are meaningful and mutually beneficial.
