My time at NHBC 2022

Hi everyone! My name is Abhinay Alumalla and I am a Grade 11 student at White Oaks Secondary School. Today, I had the pleasure to attend the National High School Business Conference. Here are my thoughts highlighting what I learned about the Business Industry. First and foremost, I had a great time working with my peers and meeting new people from across Canada and the world. The Guest Speakers were amazing and gave great insight into the business industry, the different jobs in the finance sector, and the importance of investing young. Likewise, the presented cases tested my problem-solving and time management skills and I had a great time completing both cases with my group. I feel like the involvement in these cases and the NHBC will help broaden my skills and help me in the future when working in the finance industry.
