Durham X Illuminate Crucial Takeaway

Hi everyone! My name is Sanjana Bhandari and I am a Grade 10 student at Pine Ridge Secondary School. Today, I had the pleasure of attending Illuminate X Durham's regional conference. Here are my thoughts highlighting what I learned during this particular session:

After learning about Alina Huang's tremendous journey to success, I quickly came to the realization that our marks are no more than ordinary numbers; they do not define us! Despite the fact that multiple CEO's in our world have had different methods that took them down their own particular journey to success, very few of them demonstrated extreme importance towards their academic average. So even though we may think that our marks are the true numbers that determine our future, determination and consistency are the ideal factors!
