How to make a dream come true

I was lucky enough to attend a think tank with Mash Chowdhury, a cybersecurity consultant at Deloitte, this weekend. I was extremely inspired and I hope I can share some of the things I learned, starting with the many tips and advice Mash gave us to succeed in our job search. And there are four rules as follows: First impressions are everything. No one will talk to you unless they realize you're worth their time. If you want to stay in touch, don't make it seem like you're just using them to get the job. Second your own feet > relationships, your parents, teachers and connections can't get you into your organization. People will know if you have the skills that are required for the job. Stand up on your own two feet! Third customize, don't use the same cover letter or resume for every job you apply for. Be specific to the job, not just the general job. It's important to customize your resume. Fourth A+ for effort , hard work always pays off. If you are not willing to work hard for it, you will never succeed. In addition, we can learn how to find jobs on the internet In conclusion, Marsh's presentation was an eye opener to the world of building our careers and the steps to get there.
