"As an operational management intern for Illuminate Universe, I had the unique opportunity to engage with outstanding high school students, recruit university mentors and collaborate with the team of national leads to successfully run the National High School Business Conference in Ottawa. Illuminate Universe invigorated a positive, dynamic and inspiring work environment that allowed the interns to flourish in the execution of the conference. My internship experience at Illuminate Universe was both rewarding and meaningful since I gained a holistic understanding of business operations; an area that I am passionate about and interested in pursuing at a professional level.
