Main Takeaways from NHBC!

Hi everyone! My name is Annika Estrada and I am a Grade 12 student at Immaculate Conception Academy Greenhills. Today, I had the pleasure to attend the National High School Business Conference. Here are my thoughts highlighting what I learned today.

Through the keynote speaker and workshop speakers, I learned more about money and how the value of money increases over time. With this, I grasped how worthwhile it is to start saving and investing my money.

I enjoyed collaborating with my teammates and working under pressure with them. It was both challenging and pretty fun because it allowed us to come up with a good strategy for the companies in a limited amount of time.

Lastly, I learned how high rewards come with high risks. I will be able to apply this learning in my future career goals by being careful where I put my money now, and starting to invest my money early on to be able to get a head start.

I certainly learned so much from this conference, and I am so glad to have made all these memories with everyone here today!
