Showcase your passion and drive with Illuminate for a shot at an official internship!
As a NHBC competitor, you have the opportunity to participate in the Illuminate Challenge individually or with your team in the three weeks leading up to the conference. This is a chance to professionally represent Illuminate Universe, extend our reach in one of two ways, and present your results at NHBC. A potential interview for an Illuminate summer internship and $500 in cash prizes are up for grabs!

Illuminate is always looking for ways to widen our reach and help as many high school students reach their educational and career goals in business as possible. If you’re currently in a youth club, council, or organization or any sort and would like to join us in our journey of advancing high school business education, we’d love to collaborate with your organization through an affiliate partnership!
You will be evaluated on:

In all of Illuminate’s events, the spotlight is on the students. Our goal is to enable and foster the growth and self-development of high school students, allowing their unique talents, traits, and visions to shine. That’s why we’re giving you the opportunity to promote Illuminate using your ideas and style by creating your own promotional video!
You will be evaluated on:

Class Pass
In our increasingly competitive world, students are taking more and more steps to find opportunities to set them apart. However, there is one constant issue: the financial cost of choosing to pursue these opportunities is quite high for many. So, we decided to introduce the Class Pass Initiative at Illuminate, which allows teachers and educators to help students to maximize their potential without facing those prices.
With the Class Pass, we are working towards lowering the opportunity cost of excellence. The Class Pass allows teachers to purchase bundles of Illuminate Business Conference tickets, and grant them to students at a lower price. There are three tiers of the class pass, which are as follows.
Tier 1 (15 tickets): 15% off
Tier 2 (25 tickets): 25% off
Tier 3 (35 or more tickets): 35% off
